If your product arrives with any physical damage, we at MindPop Threads are here to help. Just send us reasonable proof of the damage, and we’ll gladly work with the manufacturer to get you a replacement at no extra cost.

Wrong Size?

“We’re sad to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.”

Returns

You may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a store credit, or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.
