We Didn't Peak. We Just Stopped Asking Permission.
Twisted Yoga and Pause N' Effect, for the women who quit performing wellness a long time ago.

Somewhere around your late 40s, a switch flips.
Not a graceful, glowing, "I've found my inner peace" switch. A different one. The one where you stop apologizing for taking up space, stop pretending you love kale, and start saying exactly what you're thinking in a tone people describe as "a lot."
Good. That's the point.
We didn't build Twisted Yoga and Pause N' Effect for women chasing a glow-up. We built them for women who are done performing wellness for an audience that was never paying attention anyway.
The First Collection
Twisted Yoga
For the practice, not the performance.
Every yoga brand on the internet wants you to look serene. Ethereal. Like you've never once sworn at a downward dog.
We're not that brand.
Twisted Yoga is for the woman who shows up to class in something that says exactly what she's thinking, breathes through the pose anyway, and leaves feeling like she just survived something. Because most days, she has.
You don't need a mantra. You need a tank top that says the quiet part out loud while you hold plank and reconsider your life choices.
Shop the vibe: Twisted Yoga tanks, sarcastic yoga apparel, funny workout tees.
The Second Collection
Pause N' Effect
Because someone had to name it accurately.
Nobody warns you about perimenopause. They warn you about wrinkles. Nobody mentions that you'll wake up at 3 a.m. in a full-body sweat, furious at a man who cut you off in traffic in 2004.
Pause N' Effect exists because the alternative was staying quiet about it, and we are constitutionally incapable of staying quiet about anything.
These shirts aren't about "embracing the journey." They're about surviving it with your sense of humor intact, because the alternative is crying in a Target dressing room, and frankly, we've all done that enough.
Shop the vibe: Menopause humor tees, perimenopause shirts, midlife graphic apparel.
Why We Made These
Gen X women weren't raised to talk about any of this. We were raised to push through it, quietly, in silence, preferably with a smile on so nobody felt uncomfortable.
We're done with that part.
We watched our mothers white-knuckle through "the change" without a single joke to soften it, and we decided that wasn't going to be us. If we're doing this, we're doing it loud, in a tank top that says something honest, with a shirt that makes the woman next to us in the grocery line laugh instead of look away.
This isn't a wellness brand. It's a "we survived it and we're not being quiet about it" brand.
FAQ
Is Twisted Yoga only for yoga?
No. It's for yoga, walking the dog, grocery runs, and any activity where you'd like to look like you have your life together while internally you do not.
Is Pause N' Effect only for people in menopause?
Nope. It's for anyone in perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause, or anyone who just wants to laugh at the whole ordeal in advance.
Are these shirts actually comfortable, or just funny?
Both. We're not putting anyone through scratchy cotton during a hot flash. That would just be cruel.
