Accessibility Statement
MindPop Threads is made by real people for everyone who shops with us, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology. We want our site to work for you, and we keep working on it.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These are the internationally recognized guidelines for making websites usable by people with disabilities.
What we've done
- Every product photo has a text description so screen reader users know what's pictured, including the shirt and its color.
- Text colors meet contrast standards so everything is readable, including for people with low vision or color blindness.
- A clear outline shows where you are when you move through the site with a keyboard, on every screen size.
- Buttons, menus, and icons have names that screen readers can announce.
- You can enlarge text on your phone, and the site respects your device's "reduce motion" setting.
- A "Skip to content" link lets keyboard users jump past the menu.
We test our pages with automated accessibility checkers and review new products and pages as we add them.
Known limitations
Some parts of our site are provided by other companies, such as product reviews, video widgets, language and currency tools, and Shopify's checkout. We choose tools with accessibility in mind, but we don't control how they're built. If one of them gives you trouble, please tell us and we'll help you finish your order another way.
Need help or found a problem?
If anything on our site is hard to use, or you'd like help placing an order, contact us and a real person will get back to you. Please tell us the page and what went wrong, and we'll work to fix it.
