So we're skipping the models and putting that money back where it belongs — a monthly shirt refund for one of you, and a whole site built from real people in real shirts. Starting with tees — and if it works, we won't stop there. Eventually, everything we make.

The deal, in one breath

Send a photo. Win it back.
Every month we draw one name from all the photo reviews that came in that month. That person gets their tee fully refunded — the whole $29.95, tax and all. One entry per person each month, so everyone's got the same shot. Tees only for now (hoodies may get their own turn later). Just about every tee counts — once we've got enough real photos of a design, we may quietly retire it, so the wall keeps filling up with new shirts instead of fifty of the same one.
How it works

You don't need a professional camera, a beautiful house, or an influencer-approved kitchen. You need you, and the shirt.
Get a tee
Pick the one that speaks to you, insults you, or accurately describes whatever's going on. Any MindPop tee, $29.95, any size.
Review it — and the fit
About two weeks in, we'll email asking how it's going. Send a photo of the shirt on you and tell us the useful stuff — did it run true to size? Did you order your usual, a size up, or down, and was that the right call? (Sharing your size is totally optional.) Love it? Say so. Don't? Tell us why and we'll fix it or pull it. That photo review is your entry.
Post it, tag us
Put it on your feed and tag us. Doesn't change your odds — but we love reposting real people, and we might surprise you with a code out of nowhere. You don't need 10,000 followers or to be an influencer; any social account works.
We draw a name
End of the month, one entry gets pulled at random. Win, and that $29.95 comes right back to you. Your month is the month you send the photo — buy in November, wear it in January, you're in January's draw.
Bought three tees? Send a photo of each and we'll enter one per month — so three shirts can mean three months of chances. It's still one entry per person in any given month, and every photo can live on the site (lifestyle pics welcome too — out in the world, not just the mirror).
No shirt, or don't want to buy one? You can still enter, free. Pop your name, email and state into the free entry form at the bottom of this page — no purchase, no photo, same odds as everyone else. Enter free and win, and you get the $29.95 as store credit instead of a refund — no obligation to review the shirt you grab with it, though we'd hugely appreciate it if you did.

1. Sponsor
The People of MindPop “Wear It, Win It” Monthly Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by MINDPOP THREADS INC., doing business as MindPop Threads, [5900 Balcones Drive, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78731, United States. (“Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Shopify, or any other platform.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, owners, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited.
3. Promotion period
Each monthly Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time on the first calendar day of a month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on the last calendar day of that month (the “Promotion Period”). An entry is counted in the Promotion Period during which the entry is submitted — for photo entries, the calendar month in which the photo review is submitted. Entries submitted after a Promotion Period ends are considered for the following month. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.
4. How to enter with a photo review (purchase method)
During a Promotion Period: (a) buy an eligible MindPop Threads t-shirt; (b) wear it; (c) when Sponsor's review request email arrives, reply with an original photograph showing that eligible t-shirt worn by a person (the entrant's face need not appear), together with your review and the contact information requested. Submitting a photo review enters you in the drawing for one monthly Promotion Period. If you review more than one eligible t-shirt, Sponsor may enter your photo reviews across consecutive monthly Promotion Periods, one per month, so that you never hold more than one entry in any single month. Additional photos of a t-shirt already entered do not create additional entries. Limit one entry per person per monthly Promotion Period, regardless of method.
Eligible products are current MindPop Threads t-shirts. Cropped tees, tanks, and non-t-shirt items are not eligible. Sponsor may retire an individual t-shirt design from the promotion once it has collected enough customer photos; retiring a design affects only entries submitted afterward and does not change the eligibility of items already purchased or entries already submitted.
5. Free alternate method of entry — no purchase necessary
To enter without a purchase, photo, or social post, complete the free entry form linked on this page (the “Enter free” button) during the Promotion Period and submit the information requested, including your email address and confirmation that you are 18 or older and a U.S. resident. A free entry has the same chance of winning as a photo entry. Limit one entry per person per monthly Promotion Period, regardless of method. Entering does not enroll you in marketing email or text unless you separately opt in.
6. Social posting is optional
Posting your photo to social media and tagging Sponsor is encouraged but is not required to enter and does not improve your odds. Sponsor may feature posts it likes on its website and channels at its discretion; being featured is not a prize and is not governed by a drawing.
7. Photo requirements & permission
Photo entries must show the eligible t-shirt worn by a person; the entrant's face is not required. Photos must be your original work and must not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights, and must not contain unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate material as reasonably determined by Sponsor. You must have permission from any identifiable person in the photo. Sponsor may disqualify non-compliant entries.
8. Your photo becomes ours
By submitting a photo, you give it to MindPop Threads Inc. Ownership and all rights in the photo, including copyright, become the property of MindPop Threads Inc. You confirm the photo is yours to give and does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that you have permission from anyone identifiable in it. MindPop Threads Inc. may use, edit, reproduce, display, distribute, sell, and license the photo for any purpose and in any medium, worldwide and forever, including advertising and paid promotion, with no further permission, credit, or payment to you. To the extent any right cannot legally be transferred, you grant MindPop Threads Inc. an unlimited, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to do all of the above. Sponsor will not fabricate your written review or claim you said something you did not.
9. Prize
One winner per monthly Promotion Period. Approximate retail value (ARV): $29.95. If the winning entry is a photo review of an eligible t-shirt the winner purchased directly from MindPop Threads, Sponsor may award the prize as a full refund of that t-shirt's purchase price, including sales tax, up to the ARV. If the winner entered by the free method, the reviewed t-shirt was received at no charge, or a refund cannot reasonably be issued, the winner receives an equivalent-value prize (e.g., $29.95 in store credit). Prize is non-transferable except at Sponsor's discretion. Winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.
10. Winner selection & notification
One potential winner is selected at random from all eligible entries for that month. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. The potential winner is contacted using the email or social account tied to the entry within 5 business days of the drawing and must confirm eligibility (including age and residence) and provide information needed to award the prize. If they can't be reached, don't respond within 5 business days, or are ineligible, Sponsor may draw an alternate.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited, the winner agrees Sponsor may identify them by first name, social handle, and/or submitted photo when announcing the winner, with no additional compensation.
12. General conditions
Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with entry, enters fraudulently, or violates these Rules, and may cancel, suspend, or modify a monthly Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or another cause beyond its reasonable control affects its integrity, subject to law. Sponsor's decisions are final to the extent permitted by law.
13. Release & limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising out of participation or acceptance or use of a prize. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
14. Privacy
Information collected is used to run the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact winners, and award prizes, and is otherwise handled under MindPop Threads' Privacy Policy. Entering does not automatically enroll you in marketing.
15. Platform release
Entrants acknowledge the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or any other platform, and release those platforms from related claims to the extent permitted by law.
16. Governing law
Governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited.
17. Winner information
For the winner's name for a given month, contact CustomerService@MindPopThreads.com within 60 days after that month's drawing.
