Breathe In The Good Shit Skull Tee

A vintage American traditional tattoo flash skull graphic tee with bold typography reading "Breathe In The Good Shit / Breathe Out The Bullshit," printed on a Bella+Canvas unisex tee, 100% cotton (no poly, no heather blends), true to size, size-inclusive. Made to order, DTG printed.

A skull in a respirator, flowers on one side, storm cloud on the other. Inhale the good stuff. Exhale the rest. Breathwork, but with a body count.

This is a mindfulness practice that went to a tattoo parlor and came back with opinions. A cream skull wears a teal gas mask with mustard gold filters, and the whole thing is inked in vintage American traditional tattoo flash style: heavy outlines, flat color, zero hesitation. Red and pink florals bloom out of soft cream smoke on the left. Charcoal gray smoke and a yellow lightning bolt crackle on the right. The words are set in bold, confident type, one line in cream and mustard, one in teal, so the instructions read loud and clear from across a room. It's a breathing exercise you'd actually do, written by someone who has had enough of your nonsense.
